These buttons are OEKO-TEX certified. The wood is Olive wood and comes from reforestation and controlled growth, the wood always comes from the European Union. They are made of light wood with small darker veins.
They are given a wax to protect the wood from washing, which gives them a satin finish.
Wooden buttons are high quality buttons with a very soft touch. They are ideal buttons for small garment makers, to give a new touch to a garment, handicrafts, bag decoration or detail in household items such as cushions.
